A 10-storey sculptural ‘exclamation point’ planned for Nepean Point

OTTAWA — The National Gallery of Canada plans to install a 10-storey stainless-steel sculpture at Nepean Point this summer, a short stroll along a zigzag path from the iconic statue of Samuel de Champlain.
